CrossFit Chula Vista Endurance is an adjunct to CrossFit for those who want to compete in endurance events from 5K to Adventure races. We believe strength, power, anaerobic conditioning, and proper mechanics lead to endurance success, not 'long slow distance'. Wednesday 9am CFE 10/12


wednesday morning CFE. We'll be running "TOSH" remeber this rule of thumb....if the WOD has a name, it's brutal. But I know you all are capable of meeting the challenge. And i know you don't come to me for that feel good hugging love love coaching crap.
