CrossFit Chula Vista Endurance is an adjunct to CrossFit for those who want to compete in endurance events from 5K to Adventure races. We believe strength, power, anaerobic conditioning, and proper mechanics lead to endurance success, not 'long slow distance'. There is method to our madness and we'll let you read our method both here and at CrossFitEndurance.com.

Saturday December 10th

Tomorrow morning we will be meeting at the otay lake boat launch at 8am to run either a 5k trail or 10k trail. Length you run is my call. Please come prepared for cold weather, you may even want some gloves. And may i suggest having a hand bottle of water with you.We will be joined by several runners from CrossFit Invictus. When you enter the parking lot make an immediate left hand turn and park near the single port-john at the start of the gravel road ( near where the mass grave is) kidding

Here is a link to the location. Essentially go down Olympic Parkway past the visitors entrance to the Olympic training center. Make a right at the light for Wueste Road. Continue on Wueste for about 2 miles and parking lot will be on your left
